This page shows three things.  The first one is the name of the transformer.  The second one is a picture of the transformer and the surroundings look like before the installation.  The third is a picture of the transformer and the surroundings after construction.  The project will be laid out in three different sections the "A" phase, "B" phase, and "C" phase.  This will allow for easier viewing.
